PT Pal, Naval Group Kick Off Production of Indonesia’s Scorpène Submarines

Indonesia’s state-owned PT PAL and France’s Naval Group have begun building the first two Evolved Scorpène-class submarines for the Indonesian Navy in Surabaya, East Java.
