IT IS TO BE NOTED THAT THE PAID SUBSCRIPTION CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AND SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNT SHALL NOT BE RETURNED ON THE GROUNDS OF USEFUL DATA / SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE.

Annual Fixed Subscription

USER  can subscribe on a fixed Annual, Half-yearly or Quarterly Subscription .by forwarding a payment as stated initially which can be paid through cash, cheque, demand draft at our office address for unlimited access to our Tenders database online. In this type of subscription USER shall be able to view unlimited no. of tenders but the cost Paid shall be adjusted against the initial clicks only & all subsequent clicks during the subscription period shall be free.USER can always view the no. of clicks in MY ACCOUNT link after login

Obligation

IN CASE OF ANY MISUSE DETECTED Tendernews.com at its absolute discretion reserves the right to change, suspend or omit any advertisement/ Subscription/ Trial Membership/Mail listing/ emailing and in such case Tender news "s  obligation is limited to refund of unutilized portion of the paid charges. For calculating the unutilized portion of the paid charges the cost of total clicks shall be counted during the subscription period & deducted from the amount paid . In no event shall the liability of Tendernews.com exceed the price paid by the subscriber/advertiser/affiliate or franchise.

Registration and Passwords- Neither The Site nor anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering Tendernews.com shall be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage or loss of profits arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the services provided by the site.

Users of the tender database are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their information and password. Users shall be responsible for all uses of their registration, whether or not they are authorized. Users agree to immediately notify the Tendernews.com   of any unauthorized use of their registration or password.

Click Counts for annual subscribers

We maintain a history of the click records of all  subscribers . The same can also be viewed by subscribers in their my  account  Page. Although we do not restrict the the no. of clicks by any annual subscriber but if the rate of clicks exceeds 200 per month then the subscription shall be monitored for misuse & can be discontinued at the sole discretion of the Company & the paid amount shall be adjusted @ individual click cost mentioned against each tender clicked & the difference shall be refunded or  reclaimed from the subscriber as the case maybe.
