Q.9. What payment is required by Tendernews International ?

Ans: The Tendernews.com requires you to deposit minimum $ 12 to $ 228  initially through credit card or through net banking like HDFC/ ICICI / etc. alternatively you can send Cash Cheque or DD of $ 25 minimum payable at our office address.  This initial deposit shall be adjusted against various tender news information purchased by you.

Q.10. How will I be charged ?

Ans: You will be charged on every tender information you purchase online by clicking on "View details" field against each tender information displayed. The cost of each tender information is displayed in the search report and you can click to purchase and every time you click your account is debited by the amount of cost of click mentioned against the selected Tendernews .

Q.11. What is the cost of each tender information ?

Ans: The cost of each tender information is different and ranges from $ 14 to $ 23 per information depending upon the size and value of tender documents. This cost is mentioned under column Click Cost against each tender description in the search results.

Q.12. How will I know about account balance ?

Ans: Whenever you login on the Tendernews.com web site you shall be informed of your current outstanding balance. Also you can view your account report by clicking on your My Account to see the last transaction details. All the payments sent by you shall be shown as credits & all the clicks shall be as debits in your account.

Q.13. Whether any free trial is offered for accessing the utility of subscribing to Tendernews India ?

Ans: Yes, a free trial equivalent to a click cost of $ 12 is offered to all individuals and organizations having unique email ids through which you can browse & view details of Archive tenders with all features of complete searching etc. Please provide a valid E - MAIL only since your temporary password shall be sent to you via this EMAIL only to login as a free member.   Afterwards you are required to make a deposit as described in Q 9 to view the details of Active tender information.

Q.14. What is Keyword ?

Ans: A keyword is the popular name for a given product or service. As For Example   if your interest is in finding       tenders related to " DIESEL GENERATING SETS "  then you can search for popular words like " DG SET '' or " ELECTRIC GENERATOR " also. Likewise for " DRYER " you can search on " DRIER " or " DEHUMIDIFIER " etc.

Q.15. Do you provide tender documents ?

Ans: No we don't provide the tender documents.

Q. 16 How can I view the details of tenders ?

Ans: To see the detail of tender you have to become member of the tendernews.com by subscribing yourself. When you subscribe you have to login using your user name (which is your valid email address) and password. After that you will be able to see the details of tenders.

Q. 17 How do I update my Membership Information and change my Password ?

Ans: You have to Login using your user name and password. Click on " My Profile ".Now you can update your membership information, and can able to change your password etc.

Q. 18. I am a first time visitor, how do I search all International Government and Public Sector Requests for tenders of my interest ?

Ans: You simply search tender by entering keywords OF YOUR BUSNESS INTEREST in the search box or selecting from state-wise list or from category-wise list. Q. 19. Do you also provide information on international tender notices ?

Ans: YES a separate section for international & Global Tenders is under development however At present we offer  this tender information to all our domestic users also without any additional charge. Once this service is fully developed there shall be separate subscription charges for INTERNATIONAL / GLOBAL  tenders.

Q. 20. I forgot my username / Password. How do I retrieve it ?

Ans: Click on Forgot Password . Enter the E-mail ID that you had provided at the time of registration and you will shortly receive an email with your User Name and Password.

Q. 21. Why am I not being able to sign in ?

Ans: Make sure you have entered Member ID / E –Mail Id and password correctly.

If you do not remember your correct USER ID and password, click forgot password and enter the E-mail ID that you had provided at the time of registration and you will shortly receive  your User Name and Password. in your email.

 Please Note there may be duplication of tenders in the database because of the different resources of tenders. So, Please be aware of this before clicking on tenders details. However if you clicked on a duplicate tender detail please send an email to us mentioning the ref. no. so that we can issue you credit for the same.
